From 1 October 2026, the Customer Service Line of the new Toll Service Provider is in operation. It provides information on changes in the electronic toll system of the Slovak Republic from 1 January 2027, the upcoming registration of vehicles in the new toll system, as well as toll services provided under the prepaid toll regime.

The Customer Service Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Slovak and English. Support in German, Polish, Hungarian and Russian is available daily from 06:00 to 18:00.
Calls to the Customer Service Line are charged at the same rate as calls to fixed-line numbers in the Slovak Republic.
