The following conditions apply to the OBU return by means of a courier service:
- The OBU must be delivered to
Dokument Logistik, s.r.o., Pri Šajbách 1, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
- The costs of the OBU returning are borne by the Vehicle Operator.
- The OBU may be sent exclusively by a courier service (NOT by means of a company providing the postal services) and on the accompanying documents pertaining to the shipment the DDP (Incoterms) condition shall be indicated.
- If after the functioning text any non-functioning and/or damage is found on the OBU returned, the System Operator is entitled to exercise the claim for the Guarantee and contractual fine according to the current tariff of fees.
- If the OBU accessories are not returned or are returned damaged, the System Operator is entitled to reduce the Guarantee refunded by the amount of contractual fine for damaging the accessories to the OBU according to the current tariff of fees.
- Together with the OBU returned it is necessary to fill in, sign and send also the Request for funds refund which may be downloaded and printed out from the section 'Downloads' on the web portal www.emyto.sk, otherwise the funds will not be refunded to the Vehicle Operator.
