Operators of vehicles with the maximum permissible laden weight of more than 3,500 kg which are not intended for the carriage of more than nine persons including the driver, subject to toll payment, shall, with effect as of 1 July 2020, change the system for granting percentage discounts on toll rates for  kilometres driven on the specified road sections stipulated by Decree No. 475/2013 Coll. as amended. The percentage discount per kilometre driven between 1 January 2020 and 30 June 2020 shall be granted in accordance with the regulations in effect until 30 June 2020. For the purpose of determining the percentage discount from 1 July 2020, the kilometres driven in the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 shall also be taken into account. The percentage discount on toll rates granted after 1 January 2021 shall be granted for the entire number of kilometres travelled from the first kilometre in a given calendar year.

The number of kilometres driven shall not include the kilometres driven on the specified road sections with a zero toll rate.

The limits for kilometres travelled during the calendar year, determining the percentage discount from toll rates, remain unchanged for the above-mentioned vehicles subject to toll payment.
